ShopForge ephemeral stores are free. For persistent hosting and production environments, pricing is based on the resources your stores consume. By running on optimized Kubernetes infrastructure, ShopForge can reduce hosting costs significantly compared to traditional hosting setups. Contact us for specific pricing.

Is ShopForge secure?

Yes. ShopForge includes automatic SSL for every store, DDoS protection, regular security updates, and infrastructure designed to comply with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA requirements. Your stores run in isolated containers for additional security. Full audit logging and access controls are included.

What monitoring and observability is included?

ShopForge provides real-time performance dashboards, application and infrastructure logging with search and filtering, alerting on errors and performance degradation, and resource usage tracking across all environments.

Templates & Marketplace

What templates are available?

ShopForge offers several pre-configured Shopware 6 templates, including a clean Shopware 6 install, a demo store with sample data, a headless setup with Shopware Frontends, and a B2B commerce configuration. New templates are added regularly by the community and partner agencies.

Can I create and share my own templates?

Yes. If you've built a Shopware configuration, plugin showcase, or industry-specific storefront, you can package it as a ShopForge template and share it with the community — for free or for a fee.

Can I sell my templates on ShopForge?

Yes. ShopForge supports both free and paid templates. Set your own price and earn revenue every time someone launches your template.

For Agencies

Can I use ShopForge to host client stores?

Yes. ShopForge lets you host Shopware stores for your clients on enterprise-grade infrastructure without managing servers. You control the client relationship and set your own pricing. Each client store gets full SDLC tooling — dev environments, CI/CD, staging, and production.

Can I offer support services through ShopForge?

Yes. With full backend access to client stores via Cloud Dev Environments, you can offer ongoing Shopware support including plugin management, theme development, content updates, and troubleshooting.

Can I white-label ShopForge for my agency?
